Foods that improve hearing

The website Oirvital website recommends the use of fruits such as bananas, melons and oranges to improve hearing health. In addition, beans and green leafy vegetables, which contain folic acid or vitamin B9, are ideal for hearing care.
Fruit is not the only thing that improves hearing
Foods such as spinach, kale, romaine lettuce, beans, chickpeas, lentils and pulses are recommended.
Magnesium is another food recommended by experts for maintaining good hearing.
