2.Refund Policy:
You have 30 calendar days from the time you receive the shipment to cancel the purchase, without justification.
In case of delivery of multiple goods, the withdrawal period starts from the receipt of the last order.
The return or exchange is free of charge if the product you receive at home is not the one you ordered in the online store or if it has manufacturer's defects.
If the product you receive is or shows signs of being damaged in transit, please note this on the signature of the delivery note.
If you buy several products in the same order you can make apartial return , i.e. return only the product that does not conform.
You must return the goods directly to SONIC TECHNOLOGY ESPAÑA S.L. directly to SONIC TECHNOLOGY ESPAÑA S.L , without any undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to return the order.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal or return of the purchase, SONIC TECHNOLOGY ESPAÑA S.L. withdrawal or return of purchase, SONIC TECHNOLOGY ESPAÑA S.L will reimburse any payment received, including, where applicable, ordinary delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will proceed to make such refund using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction . We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.
The purchaser The buyer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You shall only be liable for any diminution in value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
